In 1989, Anthony P. Lubrano started APL with the goal to provide superior, personalized financial service through our staff of dedicated professionals. Over the years, the industry has changed but our services today still remain true to our original mission. Based in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, we service clients located in all 48 contiguous states.
