William “Bill” Owens joined A.P. Lubrano & Company, Inc in 2022, bringing with him 2 decades of experience in the financial services industry. Bill started his professional career in 2000 as an attorney working closely with financial advisors and Financial Institutions. Always looking to improve the advisor-client relationship, Bill spent several years at a research and consulting firm exploring the wants and needs of clients, and coaching advisors on how to work with clients to meet or exceed those expectations. Bill joined Karr Barth/AXA Advisors in 2009 as a Financial Professional and has continued to research, develop and perfect the client/advisor relationship.
Bill’s experience helps him understand all sides of the client-advisor relationship and he works diligently to provide his clients with the utmost in personal service. He works with individuals, helping them define and achieve their retirement, investment, and estate preservation goals. Bill has a particular focus on assisting clients in career transition or approaching retirement, building, and guiding clients though the Financial Planning process to help determine their individual goals and a customized plan.
Bill received his B.S. in Business Management from Penn State University in 2000 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2003. In 2012, Bill earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional designation. His FINRA registrations include Series 7 and 66.
He resides in Havertown with his wife, Abbey, and three children, Brian, Mary and Scott. Bill’s kids occupy much of his time with their various sports, hobbies and activities, but when he is not working or playing dad, Bill can be found on the golf course, down the Jersey Shore, walking the dog or watching Penn State Football.
