Rich joined the company in 2010 and leads the firm’s client service team for Group Retirement Plans. Within the Group Retirement Plans division, Rich provides the day to day leadership for the company’s client service efforts. He enjoys helping Plan Sponsors navigate the maze of employer-sponsored retirement plan options, rules and regulations. Rich also enjoys assisting Plan Sponsor employees to better understand their Plans.
Prior to joining A.P. Lubrano, he worked as a retirement plan administration and compliance specialist and worked with banks, recordkeepers, and Investment Advisors to provide top-notch service to clients.
Rich is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administrative Management. He has worked in the industry since 1989.
He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA).
Rich resides in Florida and enjoys watching sports, reading, and listening to music.
