Andrew joined A.P. Lubrano & Company, Inc. in 2024. For individuals, Andrew provides advice on a wide range of financial planning needs, including wealth and portfolio management, retirement and estate planning, tax diversification and tax planning strategies, cash flow analysis, education planning, and insurance needs (health, life, disability, long term care). Andrew has a particular focus on tax planning, helping clients develop proactive strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize after-tax wealth across all stages of life.

 

In addition to his work with individuals and families, Andrew advises entertainers as well as professional and college athletes on their financial planning needs, including managing variable income, planning for career transitions, and building long-term financial security.

 

When it comes to businesses and business owners, Andrew helps them navigate the employee benefits landscape with a recruitment and retention focus, including group health insurance, retirement/401(k) plans, and other benefits, while also serving as a complimentary resource for all employees.

In 2016, Andrew graduated cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, having earned degrees in Finance and Accounting. Before joining Equitable, he gained experience in Private Equity and Hedge Fund accounting. While he grew up in Marlboro, NJ, he’s called Jersey City home for the past 10 years. Andrew is a Jets season ticket holder, a Yankee fan, and loves soccer and the UFC. When he’s not watching sports, he enjoys golfing and going to live events.
