As a Human Resources Consultant, Kym Denk has over 13 years experience specializing in Employee Benefits. Her evolving career brought her to A.P. Lubrano & Company, Inc. in 2001. She is responsible for daily activities involving group health insurance, payroll, and HR policies and procedures.
Kym also consults with our 401(k) clients on the details of their plans including on-line services, annual reporting requirements, and participant communications. She is responsible for plan design, review, and implementation of benefits plans including participant educational meetings. Kym has successful experience transitioning employees into new and improved benefit plans.
Kym provides a comprehensive knowledge base in benefit plan design, review, and implementation of HR related projects. She offers extensive experience in international employee benefits and management of processes and communications to participants.
In previous experience, Kym managed Employee Benefit Plans for an internet software development company, analyzed and evaluated global benefits programs for Rosenbluth International, and managed health and welfare Plans for a Fortune 500 company.
Kym holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware. She resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
