Joining the Lubrano team in October 2003, Cyndi is a Client Service Coordinator providing support to both group health and 401(k) Plans. Cyndi’s duties include a full-range of client service. Some of Cyndi’s primary duties include general client servicing, daily and monthly reporting, audit reviews, claims review, RFP development for new business and renewals as well as preparing a complete analysis of vendor proposals.
Prior to arriving at A.P. Lubrano & Company, Inc., Cyndi worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years in the branch system. The last six (6) years were as a Banking Officer in direct management roles. During Cyndi’s time in management, she was responsible for leading her branch of a multi-million dollar company into a cohesive and profitable team. Additionally, Cyndi was responsible for daily cash management and HR functions for the branch. Cyndi was selected several times to serve as a systems implementation leader, traveling to various locations, where she played a key role in assisting employees with the implementation and utilization of new branch systems. Cyndi received numerous quarterly recognition awards for her production. She also received the 2002 top annual award for the tri state area.
Cyndi also served as a security and compliance coordinator. She was responsible for security adherence between the branch level and banking security to ensure quality controls were followed. Cyndi was accountable for maintaining and ensuring all branch and personnel consistently complied with all securities set forth by the bank. During Cyndi’s position as lead CSR, she had direct consumer lending authority. Cyndi was the main lending producer in the branch and attained a loan portfolio with no defaults.
Cyndi resides in Royersford with her significant other and enjoys spending time with their dogs and riding her Harley Davidson.
